Job Title: Warehouse Worker – Night Shift

Job Description

This night-shift warehouse role focuses on efficiently handling inbound and outbound products in a fast-paced third-party logistics facility. You will sort and unload trailers, use an RF scanner to track inventory, build and wrap pallets, and pick orders for shipping while consistently lifting up to 50 lbs. The position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Sort incoming and outgoing products accurately and efficiently.
  • Unload trailers safely and in a timely manner using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Scan products using an RF scanner to ensure accurate tracking and inventory control.
  • Build, stack, and securely wrap pallets for storage and outbound shipments.
  • Pick and prepare orders for shipping according to established guidelines and timelines.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading, verifying counts, and checking product condition.
  • Lift and move items weighing 25–50 lbs consistently over the course of an 8-hour shift.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs consistently for an 8-hour shift, including heavier lifting for up to 2 hours per day.
  • Previous warehouse or janitorial work experience.
  • Experience building and wrapping pallets for storage and shipping.
  • Hands-on shipping and receiving experience, including loading and unloading.

Work Environment

The team consists of approximately 20–30 people, including power pallet operators and warehouse workers, all focused on finding practical ways to get the job done. The culture emphasizes flexibility and adaptability rather than rigid processes, and you are encouraged to stay engaged, listen to music, and have fun while working. This is a night shift position, with core hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and the expectation that you remain open to working on any day of the week as operational needs require. The role involves frequent use of RF scanners, power pallet jacks, hand jacks, and other warehouse equipment, as well as consistent heavy lifting in a physically demanding environment
