Job description

Come join one of the fastest growing, truly collaborative pediatric therapy groups in Illinois. Lumiere Children's Therapy is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide services to our children and their families.
This role is ideal for clinicians who want to do meaningful clinical work in a supportive, well-structured environment where quality, consistency, and collaboration matter.
Position Overview
  • Provide individual therapy services to our private client population and preschool kids.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support treatment goals
  • Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in clinical collaboration and consultation as needed

Qualifications
  • Licensed in the state of Illinois as an LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Comfortable delivering services in an outpatient facility
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace
