Job description

LOVE TO CONNECT WITH PEOPLE & CRUSH SALES? JOIN OUR FRONT DESK DREAM TEAM!

Do you light up a room? Love talking to people? Get a little thrill from hitting goals and earning bonuses?

If you’re outgoing, motivated, and hungry to earn, we want YOU as a Guest Services Associate (GSA) at European Wax Center.

As the face of our center, GSAs set the tone. You’re the first smile guests see when they walk in and the last impression they leave with. You’ll be part concierge, part sales pro, part vibe curator — and yes, part team player who keeps the center clean and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing (where you'll shine ):
  • Greeting every guest with confidence, warmth, and personality
  • Checking guests in and out quickly and accurately
  • Educating guests on our services and wax pass packages
  • Selling wax passes — while earning bonuses
  • Managing appointment flow and supporting our Wax Associates throughout the day
  • Handling phones, booking appointments, and resolving guest questions
  • Keeping the front desk, lobby, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Assisting with daily cleaning tasks — because details matter and teamwork wins
  • Confirming appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to anyone
  • An upbeat attitude & committed to delighting our guests
  • Sales-driven mindset — you love goals, bonuses, and winning
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to pitch in with cleaning and center upkeep (this is a shared responsibility)
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends (that’s when the money’s made)
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic — no wallflowers here
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
  • Hourly pay plus a generous bonus and commission plan
  • Complimentary waxing services & discounted retail products
  • Fun, supportive, and upbeat team environment
  • Flexible schedules (full-time & part-time available)
  • Ongoing training — we’ll teach you how to sell confidently
  • Real opportunity for growth and promotion from within

If you’re someone who loves people, thrives in sales, and wants a role where effort = reward, this is your sign. Come help our guests walk in confident and walk out glowing

This role is perfect for those looking for full time and part-time opportunities. We are open 7 days a week and offer flexible shifts.
