- Experience That Shines: 2+ years in hospitality with high volume - used to serving 60+ customers a day. You know your tamp from your bloom and live for that perfect crema.

- Leadership Spark: Aspiring manager? Show us your knack for team huddles, shift leading, and turning challenges into high-fives. Past training or supervisory experience? Even better.
