About the Opportunity:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at HGI Ponte Vedra, you will:
  • lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our Hotel.
  • You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness,
  • overseeing daily housekeeping operations, and addressing any guest concerns related to housekeeping services.
    What You'll Get to Do:
    - Supervise and train housekeeping staff
    - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
    - Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and order new supplies as needed
    - Respond to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services
    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
    - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping
    Skills and Experience:
    - Minimum of 1 year experience in a housekeeping supervisor or similar role
    - Strong leadership and team management skills
    - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
