Veterinary Assistant - Emergency (3rd Shift)
Northeast Indiana Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (NIVES)
Fort Wayne, IN
NIVES is hiring an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our Emergency team on 3rd shift. If you are calm under pressure, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a highly skilled emergency team, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care.Compensation & Schedule

What You'll Do
  • Assist technicians and veterinarians with emergency exams and treatments

  • Collect samples and assist with basic lab tasks as directed
  • Maintain accurate records and support communication within the team
  • Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient ER environment

  • Previous veterinary experience required (ER experience preferred)
