Job description

QA Tester with 8+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with exposure to the Veeva Vault platform. The role involves leading testing activities, ensuring quality governance, and driving best practices across projects in a regulated (Life Sciences/Pharma) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
8+ years of experience in software testing / quality assurance.
Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple releases.
Review and design test scenarios, test cases, and test strategy documents aligned to business requirements.
Validate Veeva Vault applications (QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, etc.), including workflows, configurations, and document lifecycle management (preferred).
Drive test planning, estimation, and resource coordination for QA activities.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
Manage and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and quality closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Dev, SMEs, Infra) to ensure seamless delivery.
Support audit readiness, compliance validation (CSV), and documentation activities (GxP / 21 CFR Part 11).
Mentor junior testers and ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
Prepare and present test metrics, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
