This is a remote position.

SGA Youth & Family Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk Typist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth administrative operations within our nonprofit organization. Pay: $30 - $34 per hour
Key Objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely typing and clerical support to various departments.
  • Maintain organized records and assist in managing documentation processes.
  • Support the overall administrative functions that enable our programs to run effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Type, format, and proofread documents, reports, correspondence, and forms with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls, messages, and visitors as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and database management to support program tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for team members when required.
  • Perform general office duties including photocopying, scanning, and mail handling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
