We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Girdwood, Alaska.
What You’ll Do
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you'll spearhead efforts to manage all aspects of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. This role centers on supporting the welcome experience of all new hires. Reporting to the Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will play a crucial role in rolling the red carpet for prospective employees and helping everyone “Live the Adventure.”

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Administration: 

  • Review and manage job offer requests, issue offer letters and manage associated documentation. 
  • Support candidates in navigating the application process and discovering career pathways by recommending alternative roles when appropriate and ensuring a positive, supportive recruitment
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract talent. 
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring positive and professional experience. 
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 
  • Handle employee offboarding, including exit interviews and necessary documentation. 
  • Support the facilitation of an interactive and engaging new hire orientation program for all employees. 
  • Serve as a role model for professional conduct both in the workplace and in situations that may impact the Company's reputation or employee trust.

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry. 
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems. Experience with UltiPro/UKG and TalentNest preferred. 
  • Exceptional professionalism, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
