Colorado West Construction is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record managing large-scale ground-up retail and grocery construction projects. The ideal candidate has extensive General Contracting experience, thrives in fast-paced retail environments, and can successfully manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while meeting strict client schedules and budget expectations. This role is critical to delivering successful projects throughout the Western United States and requires close collaboration with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.The RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading ground-up retail and grocery construction projects from award through closeout.
