As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Traveling Superintendent to join our dynamic team.Position OverviewTravel Required | Western U.S. (including but not limited to UT, NV, CA, AZ) | Murrieta, CA HQJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, keep the project on schedule, maintain a clean and safe jobsite, and ensure the work matches the plans and specs. This role requires strong communication, jobsite leadership, and hands-on problem solving. You must be able to take ownership of the site and keep work moving.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the onsite crew and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and correctly.Build and maintain the project schedule and update two-week look-ahead plans.Coordinate materials, equipment deliveries, inspections, and daily work sequencing.Enforce jobsite safety requirements and hold subcontractors accountable.Review drawings and RFIs; flag conflicts and communicate issues early.Document daily job activity and send updates to the Project Manager.Run jobsite meetings and track progress through punch list and close-out.Requirements5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required 3+ years experience in commercial construction projects in the following industries: retail, grocery, open store remodels.
