Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBAs & Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services in Luzerne County!

At Matrix we offer competitive rates, benefits, and paid time off, and flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time hours are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. BCBAs Earn $100,000 for 30 billable hours weekly!
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
  • Develop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers
  • Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school and community environments.
  • Implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect data during each session with the client.
  • reduction of challenging behaviors--aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.
  • Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
  • Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
  • Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
  • Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
  • Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.
  • Complete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills
  • BACB Certification in good standing.
  • Behavior Specialist License is required.
  • Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
  • Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed.
  • One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
