Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

For afternoon ABA cases in Silver Spring, Laurel, Hyattsville, and Upper Marlboro, with opportunities to build consistent hours within nearby areas.

Jade ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school cases across Silver Spring, Laurel, Hyattsville, and Upper Marlboro. This role offers reliable weekly hours, a structured schedule, and the opportunity to work with clients in close geographic proximity—helping you maximize both your time and earnings.

At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong, ongoing support for our team.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect accurate data and monitor client progress

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistency

  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For
  • Active RBT certification (required)

  • Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in home-based settings

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within nearby areas

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred (not required for certified RBTs)

Compensation & Schedule
  • $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • Afternoon and after-school cases available

  • 20–40 hours per week with opportunities to build a full schedule

  • Monday–Friday schedule (optional weekend cases available)
