Tu es à l’aise dans un environnement rapide où il faut suivre des chauffeurs, gérer les imprévus et garder les clients informés?
Tu veux rejoindre une entreprise bien établie dans le secteur du transport et de la livraison dédiée?

Une entreprise spécialisée dans le transport et les solutions logistiques est actuellement à la recherche d’un ou une Coordonnateur(trice) logistique pour joindre son équipe située à Rivière-des-Prairies, dans l’est de Montréal.
Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de coordonner les opérations de transport au quotidien, d’assigner les chauffeurs aux comptes clients, de suivre les routes via le TMS et de gérer les imprévus opérationnels en temps réel.
Tu travailleras directement avec les chauffeurs, les clients et l’équipe des opérations afin d’assurer des livraisons efficaces et un bon niveau de service.

Tes responsabilités :
• Coordonner les chauffeurs au quotidien et assigner les ressources aux comptes clients selon les besoins opérationnels
• Suivre les routes et les livraisons via le TMS, en gérant les retards, changements ou imprévus
• Communiquer avec les chauffeurs, les clients et l’équipe des opérations afin de garder toutes les parties informées
• Traiter les demandes de pickup, les courriels entrants, les PODs, les feuilles de temps et les documents chauffeurs
• Prioriser les urgences et résoudre rapidement les enjeux opérationnels liés au transport

Profil recherché :
• Expérience en dispatch, transport, coordination logistique, livraison locale, fleet coordination ou opérations de transport
• Bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement rapide et orienté service client
• Connaissance d’un TMS, d’un système de tracking, de PODs ou d’outils de suivi transport
• Bilinguisme français / anglais afin de communiquer avec les chauffeurs, clients et équipes internes
• Expérience en environnement courier, parcel, local delivery, LTL/FTL, 3PL ou flotte dédiée considérée comme un fort atout

A company specialized in transportation and logistics solutions is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join its team located in Rivière-des-Prairies, in East Montreal.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, assigning drivers to customer accounts, tracking routes through the TMS, and managing operational issues in real time.
You will work directly with drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure efficient deliveries and a high level of service.

Your responsibilities:
• Coordinate drivers on a daily basis and assign resources to customer accounts according to operational needs

• Process pickup requests, inbound emails, PODs, timesheets, and driver paperwork
• Prioritize urgent situations and quickly resolve transportation-related operational issues

Profile required:
• Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics coordination, local delivery, fleet coordination, or transportation operations
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Knowledge of a TMS, tracking system, PODs, or transportation follow-up tools
• Bilingual French / English in order to communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Experience in courier, parcel, local delivery, LTL/FTL, 3PL, or dedicated fleet environments is considered a strong asset
