What We Offer:

  • Starting Pay typically ranges from $26.30 - $36.92/hour flat rate. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

  • Billable Hours Guarantee: 30-hour minimum per week.

  • Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday only, NO WEEKENDS!

  • Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!

Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician A:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (including ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning.

  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand your skills.

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.

  • Train and mentor other technicians and service associates.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.

  • ASE Master Technician or Dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience with ability to certify within 12 months - paid for by AAA).

  • ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.

  • Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Authorized to work in the USA.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
