Experienced B-Level Automotive Technician | Earn Up to $62K

Location: Kerrville, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $24/hour plus productivity bonuses

Earning Potential: $58,000–$62,000+ Annually

We're looking for two experienced B-Level Automotive Technicians to join our growing team. If you enjoy working on a variety of domestic, Asian, and light-duty diesel vehicles in a busy shop with consistent workflow, this is an excellent opportunity.

You'll work alongside a team that values professionalism, quality repairs, and collaboration while being rewarded for your productivity.

What You'll Do

  • Perform maintenance and general automotive repairs on domestic, Asian, and light-duty diesel vehicles (up to 1 ton)
  • Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality check
  • Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Perform front-end and suspension repairs
  • Assist with light transmission repairs
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) using AutoVitals
  • Accurately document repair recommendations and completed work
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work efficiently while delivering high-quality repairs

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • B-Level technician with solid mechanical and repair skills
  • Experience performing general repair, front-end work, and basic diagnostics
  • Transmission repair experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using computers and digital inspection software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional attitude with a proven work history
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license
