As the Construction Laborer, you will perform multiple duties to aide in the construction. These duties may include cleaning and preparing job sites, loading and delivering materials, and using a variety of tools. Construction Laborers are also expected to help carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors. At road construction sites, you might aide in controlling traffic by flagging vehicles and setting up markers, cones, and barricades.

  • Clean and prepare job site
  • Load and deliver materials
  • Set up and take down of ladder, scaffolding, and other temporary structures
  • Use/operate tools and machines such as blowtorches, forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment
  • Help carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors
  • Control traffic at road construction sites

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure
The hourly rate for this role is $19.75 per hour. This range reflects a goodโ€‘faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. This posted hourly rate is the final rate of pay for the position, based on jobโ€‘related factors consistent with applicable law.
