The 3 month rule for jobs, including roles like Weekend Tracer, typically refers to a probationary period of three months during which an employee's performance and fit are evaluated before confirming permanent employment. This period allows employers to assess skills, reliability, and adherence to company policies, and it may influence benefits or job security. Some positions or companies may have specific policies or expectations related to this timeframe.
