Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Tow Truck Operator with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) class A to join our team. Must have 3 years of verifiable experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy duty towing operations and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy-duty tow truck safely and efficiently.
  • Respond to heavy-duty towing calls, including accidents and breakdowns.
  • Will Perform light-duty towing and roadside assistance during downtime.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL license/ CLASS-A.
  • Proven experience as a tow truck operator, in heavy-duty towing.
  • Strong knowledge of towing equipment and safety procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/ No weekends. 
  • Clean driving record.
