Job Description

  • The Nursery Technician performs labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing plants, including, but not limited to; watering, pruning, washing, cloning, sorting, quality control, fulfillment, and facility maintenance under the supervision of the Nursery Managers.
  • Perform all tasks in the nursery assigned by Nursery Manager.
  • Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants, tags, and pruning biomass.
  • Maintain and follow the nursery department policies and procedures.
  • Wash and sanitize all equipment.
  • Must be able to maintain an organized and clean work environment.

What We Are Looking For

· Nurturing dedicated individual with a strong attention to detail.

  • High school or equivalent education.
  • Must be able to work individually or within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Some lifting required up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach.
  • Must be able to perform tasks in warm, humid, and high light environment.
  • Minimum age of 21 years or older and pass a background check.
