The San Antonio FC Sales Representative role is designed for highly motivated, coachable individuals who are passionate about building a career on the business side of the sports industry. This position is responsible for generating new ticket revenue through the sale of season memberships, partial plans, group tickets, premium seating, and other ticket products through outbound touchpoints, inbound lead follow-up, networking, community engagement, and face-to-face appointments. The Sales Representative will receive ongoing training, coaching, and professional development while contributing to the growth of San Antonio FC's fan base and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Success in this role requires a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, coachability, and a commitment to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or ticketing is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, networking) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of USL soccer and the sports industry preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Ticketmaster Archtics or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

What You'll Do:
  • Generate new ticket revenue through the sale and renewal of San Antonio FC season memberships, partial plans, group outings, premium seating, and other ticket products, as well as select ticketed events at Toyota Field, by meeting or exceeding established sales and activity goals.
  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, networking, community engagement, and other lead generation initiatives. Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, text messages, face-to-face appointments, and stadium tours to build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Sell, service, and renew group leaders by providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and identifying renewal, upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline by accurately documenting customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within CRM and ticketing systems, while processing ticket orders and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Represent San Antonio FC at home matches, community events, networking functions, grassroots marketing initiatives, and off-site sales events to promote the club, generate leads, and drive ticket sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Ticket Operations, Marketing, and other internal departments to support sales initiatives, execute group experiences, and deliver an exceptional fan experience.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall departmental success.
