Weekend Ti Superintendent Jobs in California (NOW HIRING)

Looking for a Superintendent with 5+ years running interior tenant improvement projects from $5M to $50M, comfortable owning field operations day to day and working closely with the Project Management team. This role is fully on site. Must be commutable to Menlo Park, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Run day to day field operations, directing subcontractors and extended construction teams
• Manage subcontractor scopes, manpower, progress, and resource allocation to hit project schedules
• Act as primary field liaison with the Owner and Client, resolving complex issues quickly
• Prepare, monitor, and update the Master Schedule alongside the Project Management team
• Develop and manage 3 week rolling schedules, flagging impacts and proposing solutions
• Lead weekly subcontractor and foreman meetings and contribute to OAC meetings
• Review RFI, submittal, procurement, and change order logs for accuracy
• Conduct job walks, logistics planning, and constructability reviews during preconstruction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on interior tenant improvement projects ranging from $5M to $50M
• Strong understanding of construction practices and Building Management Systems, including security, fire alarm, mechanical, electrical, data center, and server room systems
• Experience working within a corporate campus environment across multiple buildings, floors, or areas is a plus
• Comfortable reviewing subcontractor and vendor drawings against plans and specs
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills, able to manage multiple projects at once
• Track record developing site specific safety plans and leading daily safety walks and toolbox talks

Requirements

• OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
• Must be commutable to Menlo Park, CA, on site full time
• Flexible schedule, with availability for night and weekend work as needed
• Familiarity with permitting processes and working directly with building officials

Compensation and benefits

• $140K to $185K annually, based on qualifications and experience
