Job description

We aren't just making signs; we’re building brands for our customers that stand out. We specialize in high-quality screen-printed signage, and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to help us keep the production floor running smoothly and the warehouse organized.

If you enjoy a job where you can see the tangible results of your hard work at the end of every day, we want to meet you.

Core Responsibilities

In the Print Shop:

  • Press Operation: Set up, tear down, and operate manual or semi-automatic screen printing presses.

  • Ink Management: Mix custom ink colors to match client specs and ensure proper ink consistency.

  • Quality Control: Monitor print runs for alignment, ink coverage, and clarity—catching mistakes before they hit the drying rack.

  • Screen Prep: Handle reclaiming, degreasing, and coating screens with emulsion.

In the Warehouse:

  • Material Handling: Receive incoming shipments of substrates (coroplast, aluminum, PVC) and shop supplies.

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship finished signs accurately and on schedule.

  • Inventory: Help maintain a clean, organized shop floor and track stock levels to ensure we never run out of the essentials.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Attention to Detail: You’re the person who notices if a color is one shade off or if a logo is slightly crooked.

  • Physical Stamina: This is an active role. You’ll be on your feet, moving materials, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Screens pop, ink dries, and deadlines loom. We need someone who stays calm and finds solutions.

Why Work With Us?

  • Competitive Pay:.

  • Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

  • Growth Potential: Learn the ins and outs of the signage industry from the ground up.
