Schedule Details: Team members must adapt to various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Upon hire, you will receive your schedule.
What will I be doing?
As a Cook, you will perform culinary duties and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area/environment at all times.
  • Prepare food according to specs and stock, and keep the kitchen and all areas clean.
  • Ensure that the food area is kept clean and stored properly at the end of each shift according to health specifications.
  • Ensure that food items are ticketed and dated with the employee's name to ensure freshness and that stocked items are received and accounted for
  • Wash all work areas, including refrigerator and utensils used, and keep trash and boxes are broken down and move them to their proper area.
  • Stock all foods in cooler and proper shelves to meet Department of Health regulations
  • Record and report all lost food due to spoiling and overproduction.
  • Assist in stewarding duties: washing pots, pans, kitchen utensils, serving bowls, serving dishes, and kitchen equipment.
  • Uphold a sanitary, organized, and safe kitchen working area and environment.
  • Help conduct inventory when necessary, especially on high-cost items.
