Job description

Brainstorm Computers, Inc. is looking for a full-time IT specialist, preferably with 1+ years of experience. Position will require phone, remote, and on-site support. People skills are important for this role.

We are a Managed Service Provider for small businesses throughout Northwest Indiana. We handle all their technology needs so they can focus on their business. Our focus is on preventative maintenance and proactive solutions. Reliable transportation is required. You will go to client sites for repairs and service. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate.

We provide two weeks of vacation time, limited after hours and weekend work (only for emergencies). Yearly raises and potential for bonus. Position entails a 90-day trial period before permanent contract.
