To thrive as a Weekend Tech, you typically need a relevant technical background, problem-solving abilities, and experience in equipment maintenance or IT support, often supported by a diploma or certification in a technical field. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, troubleshooting software, and specific industry systems like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is commonly required.
