Job description

Duties:

  • Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI(STEMI ) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
  • Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data
  • Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure
  • Assess and manage access site, and inform physician
  • Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab
  • Prepare patient for procedures

Skills:

  • ACLS & IABP experience required
  • Cardiac Cath lab experience required
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist
  • RCIS certification preferred
  • BLS

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule Notes:

  • Shift is 8am-830pm 3 days a week Monday-Friday
  • 3 weeknights of call per month (730pm-7am)
  • 1 weekend shift per month (24 hours 7a-7pm)
  • Parking is off site with shuttle to MMC.
