Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them grow and thrive? Alaska Children's Academy, located in the heart of Wasilla, AK, is looking for a caring and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our close-knit team. What You'll Be Doing

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the early learning experiences of our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a group of 6 toddlers with care and attention.
  • Using our curriculum to teach foundational concepts like numbers, letters, shapes, and colors.
  • Assisting with potty training and helping toddlers develop essential life skills.
  • Keeping the classroom tidy and organized to create a welcoming environment.
  • Managing the daily schedule to ensure a balance of learning, play, and rest.
  • Supporting the physical needs of toddlers, including the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
