Job Description
Ameriprise Financial, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer, in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities
To perform system design engineering implementation, integration, and optimization. Utilize systems expertise/knowledge of software, hardware, networks, and storage to work with architecture, application development, business analysts, DBAs, and infrastructure to evaluate business needs and design/manage end-to-end technical solutions. Provide technical guidance to other technology resources pertaining to projects and/or area of expertise. Remote work permitted 1 day per week.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience with the design and operation of complex computing systems and systems administration, including network on Unix and Windows platforms. 5 years of experience in the following: JavaScript, HTML, React JS, TypeScript, CSS, Jest, and State Management (Redux). Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary range for this role is $145,018 - $151,500/yearly. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
