Job Title: CVOR Tech
Job Location: Dayton, OH
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days 4x10s
Job Requirements:
* MUST HAVE OPEN HEART EXPERIENCE and BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ALL OTHER SERVICE LINES (general, gyn, vascular, urology, podiatry, ortho, spine***
*Call: 1 day per week and every 4th weekend Fri 3pm-Mon 7am)
Certified Tech Preferred but not required.
** CVOR Team will float between Miami Valley Hospital and Atrium Medical Center Campus**
Education: High School graduate or GED required. Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology (civilian or military), Associate of Arts Degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited technical or Liberal Arts College or 10 plus years' experience as a Surgical Technologist.
Certification: Current CPR certification. Certification as a Surgical Technologist under the Liaison Council on Certification for the Surgical Technologist by graduating from a CAAHEP and passing a national certification examination (CST) OR, certification under the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or certification under the Armed Forces (military) Program
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
" Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
" Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.
Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
