Unlike traditional industrial settings, this is a clean, dry, boiler-free medical device facility where you'll have your own IDEXX toolbox, assigned desk, computer, and cellphone to support your day-to-day work.
In this role:

  • You will diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving both AC and DC systems
  • You will disassemble, rebuild, and optimize complex manufacturing equipment to improve performance and reliability
  • You will apply root-cause analysis techniques to identify recurring equipment failures and recommend long-term corrective actions
  • You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance team members to support safe and efficient operations
  • You will help analyze equipment and maintenance data to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • You will support operational continuity through reliable attendance and schedule flexibility when business needs arise

What you need to succeed:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, electro-mechanical technician, or related maintenance technician roles (required)
  • You have hands-on experience troubleshooting AC and DC electrical systems within an industrial manufacturing environment (required)
  • You have experience supporting electro-mechanical systems including conveyors, motors, sensors, pneumatics, and motion control systems (required)
  • You have experience working with PLCs, ideally Allen Bradley controllers (required)
  • You have the ability to troubleshoot, disassemble, and rebuild complex industrial manufacturing equipment (required)
  • You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while collaborating cross-functionally with production and engineering teams (required)
  • You are willing to support overtime and occasional weekend work based on operational needs (required)
  • You have familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) (required)
  • You have experience working with Epson or Fanuc robotic systems (preferred)
  • You have experience supporting highly automated or medical device manufacturing environments (preferred)

Schedule:
  • The hours for this position are Monday - Friday: 9:30pm - 6:00am.
  • Shifts and hours may vary slightly depending on business needs.
  • You will play an important role in supporting operational continuity through reliable and dependable attendance.

What you can expect from us:
  • An hourly rate target of $36.00 per hour based on experience
  • $3 per hour shift differential
  • Opportunity for annual cash bonus
  • Opportunity for performance based annual merit increase
  • Health / Dental / Vision Benefits Day-One
  • 5% matching 401k
  • Generous PTO benefits
  • 10 paid holidays per year
  • Safe location in a modern environment
  • Temperature controlled work environment
  • $500 towards diagnostics for your pets
  • Additional benefits including but not limited to financial support, mental health resources, wellness resources, volunteer paid days off, foundation donation matching, and more!
