Job description

Find your calling at Mercy!Supply Chain Specialist will utilize and demonstrate at an advanced level supply chain software systems to fill, order, stock, distribute, and receive supplies and linen along with assisting with the management of PAR inventories. This position also ensure appropriate supplies/Linens are stocked, delivered, and inventory is adequately stocked in multiple hospital locations. Advanced Technicians will also assist with mentoring and training new coworkers, and at times serve as a liaison in communication between supply chain and clinical/specialty departments and leaders.Position Details:

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of Mercy Preceptor course within 6 months of hire.
Licensure:
Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency in Mercy Supply Chain Technician and/or Advanced Supply Chain Technician competencies, experience in specialty and/or demonstrated leadership, or 2 years direct healthcare supply chain experience.
Certification/Registration:

Prefer 12 months in Supply Chain Technician or Advanced Supply Chain Technician role. Experience preferred in specialty area.

Preferred Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
