In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
  • Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
  • Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
  • Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.
