Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain cable systems including coaxial and fiber optic cables.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of service issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in training new technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Handle equipment and tools with care to ensure their longevity and effectiveness.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and determine service needs promptly.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards.
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies needed for installations.
Requirements
