As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at St. Charles Counseling Services, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, defining clear goals and interventions.
• Collaborating extensively with the treatment team to ensure the delivery of coordinated and client-centered care.
• Facilitating crisis interventions and developing safety plans in high-risk situations.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, focusing on community building and shared experiences.
