• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver culturally competent individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating client goals and preferred interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to ensure immediate support for clients in distress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case discussions to continuously improve treatment strategies and client outcomes.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
