General Manager

As the General Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Vinings/Galleria, you will lead all aspects of hotel operations, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. You’ll oversee departments, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals. Your leadership ensures a well-run property that delivers exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the driving force behind our hotel's success, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Your daily tasks will include managing staff, budgets, and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel.
  • You will report to the Regional Director or Vice President.
  • A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional director, vice president of operations, or even corporate-level positions.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

  • 2-4 Years of Hotel General Manager Experience. 
  • Marriott Experience, Highly Preferred.
  • Experience relaunching a recently renovated hotel, Highly Preferred.
  • GSS Stabilization post renovation, Highly Preferred.
