Job description

Title – Data Analyst

Duration – Contract 6+ Months

Location – Remote (US)

What We Need:

We’re looking for a passionate Data Analyst for the Game Science & Insights (Analytics) team, to support two key sports franchises in our portfolio - Our mission is to help studios and publishing teams make smarter, faster decisions through data. We’re looking for someone who can combine technical skill with business intuition; someone who can work with vast sets of gameplay and business data, spot what matters, and turn it into insights that influence product and business strategy.

● Can switch seamlessly between structured analysis and open-ended exploration

● Want to contribute directly to the strategy and optimization of sports video game titles, now and in the future What You Will Do

● Analyze gameplay and business data to uncover insights that shape product and strategy

● Deliver clear, digestible performance reviews and trend analyses to stakeholders, building strong business narratives that inform decision-making

● Translate massive datasets into structured, actionable visualizations and narratives that meet diverse stakeholder needs

● Support data infrastructure by reviewing telemetry, preparing data for advanced analytics and AI tools, and planning for future data capture needs

● Explore new ways of measuring player behavior and benchmarking across titles to identify patterns, causal drivers, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

● Strong SQL skills; comfortable working with large, complex datasets

● Clear communicator who can translate analysis into business-friendly insights

● Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and balance structured and exploratory analysis

● Proactive, curious mindset with strong business intuition

● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus

● Optional: Familiarity with a data science language (Python or R), especially for data prep and automation

● Passion for games, especially sports titles, is a bonus
