Position Summary

The Concessions Bartender staff will perform a multitude of tasks to include food preparation, sales, stocking, cleaning, organization, and general day-to-day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, tracking, and restocking food and beverage supplies.
  • Stock bars and service areas to ensure adequate product levels throughout shifts.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and health regulations.
  • Provide bartending services, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to requests promptly and professionally.
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bars, kitchens, and storage spaces.
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of bars and service stations for events and daily operations.
  • Transport and move product and supplies between buildings as needed.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Bartender highly desired.
  • Ability to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge and ability to learn new skills.
  • Be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift/carry heavy objects as needed.
