• Compensation & Incentives:

  • BaseSalary:$23.00 per hour / $46,345annually + 10% Bilingual Differential

  • Performance Incentives: Earn up to anadditional$60,000 annually.

  • Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.

  • Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty).

WhatWe'reLooking For

• Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experiencerequired; 3+ years preferred.

  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.

  • ActivePersonal Lines or Property & Casualty licensepreferred(training and exam fees provided).

  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired; College degree preferred.

• Core Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills withthe abilityto build rapport quickly.

  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.

• Availability:

  • Availabletowork evenings, weekends, and holidays.
