We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Licensed Bilingual Insurance Sales/Service Agent to join our growing team in Sarasota. We are MAINLY a sales office; we have very little service requirements. ONE auto underwriting to learn, FULL assistance database, simple system to learn.
Requirements
- Current Florida Insurance License
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated multi-tasker
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time in our office
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist English and Spanish speaking customers with their insurance needs
- Quote and sell auto, condo, renters, motorcycle, and other insurance products
- Answer inbound calls, outbound sales, and follow-up calls
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide outstanding customer service and policy support
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures
