What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and services, ensuring high quality and reliability.
  • Build and integrate Generative AI solutions utilizing large language models (LLMs) to create innovative features.
  • Develop sophisticated AI agents, workflows, prompts, tools, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions to enhance information access.

  • Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI model performance, quality, cost, and latency for peak efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders, translating requirements into impactful technical solutions.
  • Implement responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance controls within AI solutions, upholding ethical standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more of: Python, Java, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Experience developing REST APIs and distributed services.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, CI/CD, security, and observability.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Gemini.
  • Experience building AI agents, integrations, tool calling frameworks, or multi-agent workflows.
  • Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
