Job description

Position: Inpatient and ED Social Worker
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: CaliforniaPay Package
  • Total Weekly Gross: $3,339
Must haves: MSW required 
LCSW would be very much preferred but not a deal breaker
- Minimum 2 years social service experience in a medical setting or child/elder abuse program required. Two years' experience in an acute hospital setting required
- BCLS required 
Schedule details below:Inpatient and ED, 40 hours, 5x8's , 40 hrs, Evenings 11am - 8pm  Rotating Weekends

Requirements:

  • Experience: A working knowledge of basic services provided by various health and welfare organizations in the community.
  • Minimum 2 years social service experience in a medical setting or child/elder abuse program preferred. Two years' experience in an acute hospital setting preferred.
  •  Education: Master degree preferred, Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or human development required.
  • Current BCLS (CPR) required. LCSWL/LICSW preferred.
  • Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
  • Basic organizational and computer skills.
