Weekend Snowmobile Jobs in Wisconsin (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager to support dealership accounting operations. This role is responsible for daily reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable support, sales deal processing, tax reporting, warranty registration, and communication with managers and staff to keep office operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

·         Reconcile daily cash, credit, and other dealership payment activity.

·         Enter accounts payable invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and process remittances for invoices due.

·         Regularly review and reconcile outstanding accounts payable, accounts receivable, spreadsheets, and reports.

·         File liens with the State of Wisconsin and, as needed, other states.

·         Send required documents to lenders to secure funding for sales deals.

·         Process warranty registrations in a timely manner.

·         Finalize all major unit sales deals.

·         Process after-market product contracts, including reconciliation and remittance to each provider.

·         Manage pay-off statements, including cancellation and remittance of after-market vehicle care products.

·         Review monthly floor plan reconciliation.

·         Prepare and remit monthly sales tax.

·         Input and reconcile monthly Garage Composite reports.

·         Communicate with managers and staff to resolve problems and support efficient operations.

·         Maintain phone, computer, and related office systems.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.
