PLOW DRIVERS AND SNOW SHOVELERS

As a member of the Ground Guys team you perform snow removal at high levels of quality and service. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. 

You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You are willing to learn, work hard, take pride in your work and enjoy life in the process!

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
  • Would need to shovel snow, use snow blower, and 4-wheeler
  • Attention to detail, you are responsible for job quality
  • Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
  • Must be reliable and punctual when needed for snow event
  • Must be available by cell phone to receive job instructions/start times
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature

We pay $18 - $25 / hour for this position, plus a snow bonus. HOUSING is available until April '25. Depending on wage HOUSING could be free. There are beds, a kitchen, TV room and bathroom with a shower.
