Job Overview: The purpose of this position is to contribute to membership sales and retention, to promote F&B sales and prepare simple hot and cold food/beverage items according to standard operating procedures. Performs prep work and delivers finished food products.
Create Your Path: The Work You’ll Do:
- Assists in membership sales and recruitment.
- Ensures membership retention, repeat daily guest usage, and referrals through a high level of member and guest service delivery and response.
- Performs point of sale functions. Completes procedures for reconciling cash drawer at end of shift.
- Prepares simple hot and cold food/beverages according to standard operating procedures and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assists with prep work and delivery of food products.
- Organizes refrigerators/freezers, workspace and storage area.
- Maintains cleanliness and order of all equipment and workspace.
- Advises the Manager/Supervisor of any inventory order needs. Advises the Manager/Supervisor of any equipment that is not working properly.
- Monitors opening and closing procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to pass basic math test
- C.P.R. / First Aid Certifications and Blood borne Pathogen or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Basic knowledge of sanitation practices.
