Job description

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other power sports vehicles-and take pride in quality workmanship-we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, service, and repair powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire installs, brake service, inspections, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a power sports or small-engine technician preferred
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Experience with electrical systems a plus
  • Factory or OEM certifications are a bonus (but not required)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license
