Position Information:

Boone County Family Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Site Manager. The primary duty of the Site Manager is overseeing staff and individuals receiving services in the residential Supported Living program. The Site Manager must ensure, through properly trained staff, the provision of services in accordance with the individual's specific plans of care to meet the needs of the persons served in a manner that assists them in achieving their highest level of independence in a safe and secure environment. The Site Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable rules and regulations of certifying and oversight agencies.

This is a "Safety Sensitive" position. The person occupying this position must exercise reasonable and prudent judgment as well as the mental and physical abilities to recognize emergency situations and coordinate emergency responses.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University. Relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. One year of experience working with persons with disabilities and the ability to qualify as a Federally defined Professional Manager.
