Voyago is seeking responsible and compassionate individuals to join our team of Shuttle Operators for our hospital shuttle service in Hamilton.

Your Role

Voyago is preparing to support Hamilton General Hospital with expanded shuttle operations for hospital staff traveling between the hospital and an off‑site parking location. We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused Shuttle Operators to provide continuous round‑trip service. This position is Full-Time, and we are looking to fill four vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a 24‑passenger shuttle bus safely and professionally
  • Provide continuous round‑trip service for hospital staff between the off‑site lot and Hamilton General Hospital
  • Deliver excellent customer service to hospital employees
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
  • Follow all Voyago, hospital, and transit safety protocols
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch and supervisors
  • Support a high‑volume shuttle operation

Location: Hamilton General Hospital, Hamilton, ON

Shift Options: Morning Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. / Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Rate: $20.50 per hour

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario Class F, B or C licence with clean abstract
  • Clean driving record and Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Vaccinations: DPT, Hepatitis B, MMR, Polio, TB Skin Test Step 1, Varicella
  • Experience in transit or shuttle operations considered an asset
