PT: Wed, Fri, and Saturday
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Shuttle Driver at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and safe transportation to residents of Belmont Village Senior Living by transporting them to scheduled appointments and recreational outings using company vehicles which may include a wheelchair van, wheelchair bus, and car. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day upkeep and safety inspections for all company vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy and patience. They prioritize exceptional hospitality and helping seniors thrive as they age.
YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances
  • Assist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed which may include the use of a mechanical wheelchair lift
  • Actively participate in the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance needs of the company vehicles which may include fueling and taking vehicles for scheduled service appointments
  • Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed
  • Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed
  • Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Please note CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required in some states.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and work
  • Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
